These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SmartOn platform (“Service”), provided by SmartOn Systems, UAB (registration code 306008302), located at Žygimantų g. 11-7, Vilnius, Lithuania.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

SmartOn is a business management platform designed for manufacturing and retail (café) operations. Each customer is provided access to a secure, dedicated subdomain environment (e.g., customer.smarton.app).

SmartOn may include optional integrations with third-party services, including Gmail via Google OAuth.

2. User Accounts

Access to SmartOn requires authorized login credentials.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials

  • All activity occurring under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if unauthorized use or security risks are detected.

3. Gmail Integration

SmartOn offers an optional Gmail integration feature.

If you choose to connect your Gmail account:

  • Authorization is granted via Google OAuth.

  • SmartOn uses Gmail read-only access.

  • SmartOn does not send, modify, delete, or organize Gmail messages.

  • Only new emails received after authorization are checked.

  • The system analyzes subject lines and limited metadata to identify business reference identifiers (e.g., “Order#12345”).

If a match is found, the relevant message content may be linked to the corresponding business entity within SmartOn.

You may disconnect Gmail access at any time through the SmartOn interface or your Google Account settings.

SmartOn’s use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts

  • Interfere with or disrupt system security

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. SmartOn is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

6. Data Protection

SmartOn processes data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption and access controls.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartOn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
